Music Marketing Services ("MMS," "we," "us") is committed to delivering measurable results for every client. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks for all services and subscriptions purchased through our website at musicmarketingservices.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

2. One-Time Service Purchases

All one-time service purchases — including Spotify promotion campaigns, iTunes charting packages, YouTube promotion, music PR, lyric video production, social media branding, and website design — are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Before campaign execution begins: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no work has commenced on your campaign. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • After campaign execution begins: Once our team has initiated work on your campaign (including but not limited to playlist curation, press outreach, content creation, or ad placement), the purchase is non-refundable. This is because resources have been allocated and third-party costs may have been incurred on your behalf.
  • Partial delivery: If MMS is unable to deliver the full scope of a purchased service due to circumstances within our control, we will offer either a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion, or equivalent service credit at your discretion.

3. Subscription Services

Monthly subscription plans (Pro, Agency, and any future tiers) for access to our AI-powered marketing tools and premium features are governed by the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or by contacting our support team. No cancellation fees apply.
  • Billing cycle completion: When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days within the current period.
  • Downgrade vs. cancel: If you wish to reduce your plan tier rather than cancel entirely, you may do so through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your Account page. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Free tier: The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely within the stated daily usage limits. No refund applies to the free tier.

4. Refund Eligibility & Process

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account
  • The service or subscription purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a determination. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Campaign Performance Disclaimer

MMS does not guarantee specific streaming numbers, chart positions, press placements, or engagement metrics. Refund requests based solely on campaign performance outcomes that fall below personal expectations — where the agreed-upon service scope was fully delivered — are not eligible for refunds. Our obligation is to execute the campaign as described in the service agreement; results are influenced by factors including music quality, market timing, audience reception, and platform algorithm changes that are outside our control.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with MMS may result in suspension of your account and any active campaigns. If a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed in our favor, a $25 administrative fee may be applied to cover processing costs.

7. Promotional Credits & Discounts

Purchases made using promotional codes, discount offers, or service credits are subject to the same refund terms outlined above. Refund amounts will reflect the actual amount charged after any discounts were applied, not the original list price. Promotional credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.

8. Modifications to This Policy

MMS reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
