2. Services Description
Music Marketing Services provides organic music marketing and promotion services including but not limited to Spotify promotion, iTunes charting campaigns, YouTube promotion, music PR, lyric video production, social media branding, and website design. All promotion methods are 100% organic and comply with platform terms of service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required before campaign execution begins. All fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated, unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement. Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
4. Campaign Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible results for every campaign, Music Marketing Services does not guarantee specific streaming numbers, chart positions, or engagement metrics. Results vary based on music quality, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your music and creative content. By using our Services, you grant Music Marketing Services a limited license to use your music, artwork, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of executing your marketing campaign. This license terminates when your campaign concludes.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Music Marketing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
